Return and Refund Policy

 

At WildOak, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Since we serve wholesale customers and offer customized, bulk orders, we have a specific policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness in case of any issues. This policy applies to all sales made to businesses purchasing workwear, huntingwear, gun covers, and tactical gear.

Custom Orders & Bulk Purchases

Due to the nature of our business, many of our products are customized or manufactured specifically for your order. As a result, all sales are final for bulk orders and customized items. This includes any tailored designs, branding, or other customizations that are made according to your specifications.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction, and we will work closely with you to resolve any issues that arise with your order. Please carefully review your order and samples before confirming your bulk purchase to ensure accuracy.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive any defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assess the situation and either provide a replacement or refund for the affected items, depending on the nature of the issue. Proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos) will be required.
  • Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong products or incorrect quantities), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and send you the correct ones at no additional cost.

Refund Process

  • Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Since our products are primarily customized for bulk purchases, refunds for non-defective, non-damaged, or non-incorrect items are not accepted.
  • Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with detailed information about the issue. Once we confirm the validity of the claim, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the issue has been confirmed and resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products (including embroidered logos, custom designs, etc.)
  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Items that have been altered or modified

Shipping Charges

For returns or exchanges due to defects, damage, or errors made by WildOak, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order by the customer, or other non-defective issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
