Returns & Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive any defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will assess the situation and either provide a replacement or refund for the affected items, depending on the nature of the issue. Proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos) will be required.
- Incorrect Orders: If we have made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong products or incorrect quantities), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect items and send you the correct ones at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled orders. Since our products are primarily customized for bulk purchases, refunds for non-defective, non-damaged, or non-incorrect items are not accepted.
- Refund Requests: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with detailed information about the issue. Once we confirm the validity of the claim, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after the issue has been confirmed and resolved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized products (including embroidered logos, custom designs, etc.)
- Products that have been used or worn
- Items that have been altered or modified
Shipping Charges
For returns or exchanges due to defects, damage, or errors made by WildOak, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order by the customer, or other non-defective issues, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
